NextGene™ MP-DR Detection Kit is a real-time PCR based reagent for research use, designed to simultaneously and qualitatively detect Mycoplasma pneumoniae and the A2063G and A2064G mutant genes of the 23S rRNA that are resistant to macrolide antibiotics from human sputum or nasopharyngeal swab samples.
